You’ll design experiences that stop churn, drive engagement, and turn signups into success stories.

The first 7 days decide everything, retention, referrals, and revenue.
Your mission is to optimise every moment of that early journey and make it stick long after day one.

 

This role blends onboarding UX, customer comms, journey mapping, and post-sale retention strategy.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING.

  • Design and optimise onboarding flows (email, in-app, call scripts)

  • Analyse drop-off points and close engagement gaps

  • Build automated retention touchpoints across the first 30 days

  • Work with product, success, and support to ensure a seamless handoff

  • Monitor early-stage retention metrics and drive continuous improvement

  • Lead feedback loops to understand why customers leave (and stay)

  • Craft activation and upsell pathways that convert

YOU SEE WHAT'S MISSING. THE YOU BUILD IT.

  • 3+ years in CX, onboarding, or lifecycle marketing roles

  • Experience in EdTech or user-focused SaaS a big plus

  • Strong grasp of CX journey design and engagement psychology

  • Proficient in journey tools (e.g. Notion, Miro, HubSpot, Intercom)

  • Comfortable building flows across marketing, product, and support

  • Bonus: You’ve rebuilt onboarding or first-week retention strategy before

AED 22,000 – AED 28,000/month

Based on experience, proven retention results, and onboarding outcomes.
