1. Services Covered
These Terms apply to the following YOURCXC services:

Run My Audit: a fixed-fee diagnostic and scorecard service.

Let’s Fix It (30–90 Day Plans): a time-bound CX improvement program.

CX Coaching: monthly or intensive coaching engagements.

Bespoke Projects: customised CX strategy, journey mapping, training, or consulting projects.
2. Booking & Payment
2.1 Fees
- Fees for each service will be stated clearly at the time of booking.
- All fees are exclusive of VAT/sales tax, unless otherwise stated.
- Any discounts, credits (e.g., Run My Audit fee credited against Fix Plan), or promotional offers must be agreed in writing.
2.2 Payment Terms
- Run My Audit: Payment in full is required at booking.
- Let’s Fix It: 50% deposit payable at contract signature; remaining 50% due at project mid-point or 45 days after start (whichever is sooner).
- CX Coaching (monthly): Fees billed monthly in advance via recurring subscription.
- 90-Day Coaching Intensive: Payment in full is required at booking.
- Bespoke Projects: Payment terms will be outlined in the agreed Statement of Work (SOW) but are typically 50% deposit, 25% at mid-point, 25% on delivery.
2.3 Late Payments
- Invoices unpaid beyond 14 days of the due date may result in suspension of services.
- Late payments may incur interest at 2% per month on outstanding balances.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
3.1 Run My Audit
- Cancellations requested more than 48 hours after purchase are non-refundable.
- If you cancel prior to YOURCXC beginning the audit, you may request a 50% refund.
3.2 Let’s Fix It
- Deposits are non-refundable once project planning has begun.
- If you cancel mid-project, you are responsible for all work delivered to date.
3.3 CX Coaching
- Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice.
- 90-Day Intensives are non-refundable once the program has started.
3.4 Bespoke Projects
- Cancellations and refunds are subject to the terms in the signed SOW.
4. Client Responsibilities
To ensure we can deliver value, you agree to:
- Provide timely access to information, data, and team members relevant to the engagement.
- Attend scheduled sessions or calls. Missed sessions may be forfeited.
- Review deliverables promptly and provide feedback within agreed timeframes.
- Ensure all information you provide is accurate and complete.
5. Deliverables & Usage
- All YOURCXC deliverables (e.g., scorecards, toolkits, reports, templates) are for your internal business use only.
- You may not resell, sublicense, or distribute these materials outside your organisation without written consent.
- YOURCXC retains ownership of all intellectual property created during engagements.
6. Confidentiality
- Both parties agree to keep all non-public information confidential and not share it without written permission.
- This obligation survives termination of the engagement.
7. Limitation of Liability
- YOURCXC will use reasonable skill and care in delivering services but cannot guarantee specific business outcomes.
- YOURCXC’s total liability will be limited to the total fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
8. Termination
- Either party may terminate an engagement if the other party breaches these Terms and fails to remedy the breach within 14 days of written notice.
- YOURCXC may also terminate for non-payment or if continued work is deemed impractical or unethical.
9. Force Majeure
YOURCXC will not be liable for delays or failure to perform resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
