These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and any services, tools, diagnostics, downloads, subscriptions, or consultations provided by YOURCXC (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing this website, submitting your details, purchasing a product, or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.

1. ABOUT YOURCXC

 

YOURCXC provides customer experience diagnostics, consulting services, tools, insights, digital resources, and related support designed to help businesses identify and fix customer experience issues.

 

We work with businesses primarily in:

  • Health & Fitness

  • Professional Services

  • SaaS

Services may be delivered remotely or in person, depending on scope and location.

 

2. NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE GUARANTEE

 

All content, tools, diagnostics, insights, playbooks, and recommendations provided by YOURCXC are:

  • General guidance based on experience

  • Not legal, financial, HR, or regulatory advice

  • Not a guarantee of specific outcomes

 

You remain responsible for:

  • Business decisions

  • Implementation choices

  • Compliance with laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

 

Where required, you should seek independent professional advice.

 

3. USE OF WEBSITE CONTENT

Unless otherwise stated, all content on this website is the intellectual property of YOURCXC.

  • Decision support and guidance

 

They are:

  • Not audits

  • Not certifications

  • Not guarantees of results

 

Access to downloads may require submitting personal or business details and subscribing to CX insights communications.

 

5. BOOKINGS, CALLS & CONSULTATIONS

 

Fix-It Calls and consulting sessions:

  • Are time-bound

  • Are focused on diagnosis and direction

  • Do not include implementation unless explicitly agreed

 

We reserve the right to:

  • Decline or reschedule bookings

  • End sessions early if misuse, abuse, or misrepresentation occurs

 

Missed calls or late cancellations may not be refunded, unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.

 

6. 90-DAY CX TRANSFORMATION & SERVICES

 

Where a longer engagement (e.g. 90-Day CX Transformation or ongoing support) is agreed:

  • Scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees will be confirmed separately

  • Outcomes depend on client participation, access, and execution

  • Failure to implement recommendations does not constitute service failure

 

Any guarantees or commitments will be clearly documented in writing ... nothing is implied.

 

7. SUBSCRIPTIONS & ONGOING SUPPORT

 

Subscription services (including any CX leadership or ongoing support programmes):

  • Are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or otherwise stated)

  • Can be cancelled in accordance with the terms shown at sign-up

  • Do not provide refunds for partial periods unless legally required

 

Content within subscriptions remains the intellectual property of YOURCXC.

 

8. PAYMENTS & REFUNDS

 

Prices are shown clearly at the point of purchase.

 

Unless explicitly stated:

  • Digital products and diagnostics are non-refundable

  • Missed sessions are not refunded

  • Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction where services were delivered as described

 

Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected where applicable.

 

9. EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS

 

By submitting your details, you may receive:

  • Download delivery emails

  • CX insights

  • Relevant service updates

 

We do not send daily emails or spam.

 

You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in our emails.

 

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

 

YOURCXC is not liable for:

  • Loss of revenue, profit, or business opportunity

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Decisions made based on tools, insights, or recommendations

 

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service or product giving rise to the claim.

 

11. THIRD-PARTY LINKS & TOOLS

This website may link to third-party platforms (e.g. booking tools, payment processors).

 

We are not responsible for:

  • Their content

  • Their availability

  • Their data handling practices

12. TERMINATION OF ACCESS
