The CX Insights Hub Is Live: Here's How to Actually Use It
We've spent the last few weeks rebuilding how CX Insights works.
It's live now, and it's built around one idea: most businesses don't have a vague "CX problem."
They have a specific, nameable leak and once you can name it, you can fix it.
Here's what's actually in there.

Start with the problem, not a framework
The hub opens with four patterns we see repeatedly, across every industry we work in:
Not random issues ... patterns.
If one of those sounds familiar, that's the starting point, not a diagnosis you need a consultant to hand you.
Frameworks & Fixes: Once you understand the problem
This is where the "how" lives:
These aren't theory for theory's sake, they're the structure we use to actually resolve the gaps once you've spotted one.
Quick CX Breakdowns: Short, practical, easy to recognise
This is the blog, reorganised around the same four patterns; Leak Score, Retention, Onboarding, Reviews.
If you've read anything from us this month:
... this is where it all now lives, sorted by the problem it addresses rather than the date it was published.
Proven Fixes: What changes when leaks get fixed
Real outcomes from real engagements:
If something in the Problems section feels familiar, this is what it looks like on the other side of fixing it.
Why the reorganisation
The old structure was chronological, newest post first, everything else buried underneath.
That works for a newsletter.
It doesn't work when someone lands on the site trying to figure out whether their specific issue is one we can actually help with.
The new structure answers that question first.
Recognise the problem, understand the pattern, see what a proper fix looks like, then decide what level of help you actually need ... from a free First 7 Days fix, right through to a full 90-Day CX Transformation.
Where to start
If you're not sure which of the four problems applies to you, the free CX Score tool on the homepage is still the fastest way to find out.
No form, just your website.
From there, the hub will point you to whichever pattern actually matches what it finds.
